How do I join the My Staff Hub platform?

Is My Staff Hub Free to join?

Yes it is and you can receive jobs without paying a single penny and zero commission charged. We do however have upgrade options to higher tiers that offer you more features. Take a look at the packages section here for more information

Do you deduct money from my wages

No we don’t. The fee agreed with your client is the fee you will receive into your bank account.

Can I really set my own daily fee?

Yes you can and that is what makes My Staff Hub so unique. When you apply for any job, you are asked to set your daily fee.

How does the payment work?

The client will pay the money to My Staff Hub and shortly after the event is finished, the money shall be transferred into your bank account. This means you and the client are both protected.

All clients are asked to pay in advance. Their funds will sit in a secure holding account and released to you shortly after your assignment has completed. The speed of the payment processed will vary depending on which package you are on.  

All staff are required to upload an Invoice and this can be done through your online login portal. All invoices must be made to “My Staff Hub Ltd”.

Staff on advanced plans will have the luxury of using our auto generator invoice.

Do you charge the customer an expensive agency fee on top of my wages?

No we don’t. In fact, we don’t charge the client a single penny to use the system.

How long does the payment take to reach my account?

Depending on which package you are on, payments can be into your account in just 3 days. You must ensure you invoice us and check your bank details are completed in the “Financial tab”

Standard Plan = up to 4 weeks
Premium Plan = Up to 2 weeks

Elite Plan = Up to 3 days

Do you have any tips to secure more work?

Yes of course and we are always helping staff and run regular profile reviews to help. The most important tips are to ensure you have clear visible photos, a good biography and have selected all of your skills. The more you work the easier it will become as your rating and feedback shall appear on your profile. We also recommend you login in frequently as this is shown on your profile.

Do I have to work a certain amount of shifts with you?

No you don’t, you can work whenever you want. With My Staff Hub you are your own boss, you pick and choose when you want to work.

How do I hear about new jobs?

If there is a job local to you or one that really suits you, then we will contact you via Email and SMS. You can then login to your account and apply for that job.

Once I apply, how long does it take to hear back?

Generally very quickly and within 24 hours. If you are booked for a job we shall contact you and ask you confirm the final booking. You can also login to your account and view the jobs
you are booked on, waiting to hear back and unsuccessful. You also have your own calendar built into your profile, so you can view bookings here.

When will I be charged if I upgrade?

Can I cancel a booking?

The first payment will deduct 1-3 days after you first subscribe. You can choose the recurring monthly payment date that suits you, this is done when you complete the direct debit form.

Is the subscription pay monthly or annually?

This is a recurring monthly subscription and one that you can cancel at any time. You are not tied in and also have the option to downgrade or upgrade your account at any time.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel at any time, simply navigate across to your staff financial tab. Once you are in here you can view your current package and cancel the paid subscription.

Do you arrange team events and run prize incentives?

Yes absolutely. My Staff Hub are very big on this and we love to reward those who put in the work. Once you are a member of My Staff Hub you will hear all about it.
